REAL ESTATE SEARCH ADVISORS

Cecilia Floyd has worked extensively in the Real Estate industry for the past 25 years, and thus has developed business relationships with the top leaders in the industry.  She stays attuned to real estate trends by attending industry conferences, leadership panels, and forums.  Having established herself nationally as a specialist in the Real Estate industry, she is able to assist clients in identifying individuals tailored to meet specific needs in a cost-effective and timely manner.

She stays in touch with industry professionals as they progress through their careers and understands their motivators.  This enables her to identify those people interested in exploring opportunities that potential employers may never be aware of, making her extremely valuable to her clients.  Prior to forming the RESA Group, Cecilia led the Multifamily division of a major national search firm.

She began her career in 1981 working for one of the first national real estate hotel companies, the Day Company in Atlanta , GA.   She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business in 1981 from Shorter College and has done post graduate work in addition to raising her 3 children.  She is active in her church and school community, is a classical pianist, and enjoys playing competitive tennis.  

James Hampton spent 10 years working at the executive level supporting Hewlett-Packard where his responsibilities included sales, client services, and people management for over 300 offices.  His experience with site acquisition, leasing, and overall project management has been key to his success in dealing with Real Estate professionals throughout the country. 

Additionally, his ability to work with all levels of professionals has enabled him to network with people in all facets of the Real Estate business.  His strong communication skills and honest rapport have helped James guide the careers for hundreds of professionals nationwide. 

James is active in his church, is an avid sportsman, and is married and the proud father of two daughters.   He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications, and was a member of the UNC Varsity swim team.   He later earned his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University in 2000.

Having a strong background in both Multifamily property management and construction, Krissie Robinson brings strong experience to the RESA Group that enables her to communicate effectively with Real Estate professionals and thoroughly understand the required skills needed for specific jobs within the Real Estate sector.  Additionally, this insight allows her to understand those things that might motivate a potential candidate to make a career change. 

Her strong contacts in our industry with two major Multifamily firms enables her to network quickly and efficiently to identify candidates for our clients. With over 20 years of experience and background that span operations, leasing, redevelopment and construction, Krissie is uniquely qualified to counsel with prospective candidates to assist them in making career decisions that will benefit them as well as our clients. 

Krissie attended Appalachian State University, graduating in 1985 with a BS degree in Sociology and Psychology.  She is married with two children, and an avid participant of the Breast Cancer 'Walk for the Cure' awareness program.

Diane Clinton brings RESA Group a strong background in both the multifamily and commercial construction arenas.   While her early career included leasing and property management, Diane has most recently been involved in the marketing side of the business.  She worked hand in hand with companies and clients as projects progressed from ground breaking to grand opening.

With specialized knowledge of construction, marketing and operations, Diane is ideally suited for communicating with the entire continuum of professionals within the multifamily industry.  This includes General Contractors, Owner/Developers, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Sub Contractors and Property Management professionals.  Her insight in to the mechanics of the real estate business enables her to identify the skill sets necessary to qualify candidates and their experience levels for becoming an integral part of a specific team.

Diane is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she was a four year letterwoman as a “Gym Dog” and earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Education. While enjoying a successful career, Diane has raised one daughter and enjoys many fitness related activities including teaching, running marathons, races for charity, and attending church.
