RESA Group is dedicated to approaching each employee search
with the professionalism and discretion that is required for
important hiring decisions that will impact your company. Hiring
decisions can involve sensitive replacement issues which warrant a
selective and confidential search approach. For newly created
positions, an immediate high priority status is established allowing
the RESA Group to deploy the resources of the firm for conducting
research, sourcing and candidate profiling. A nominal commitment
retainer is required from clients which is then deducted from the
total fee at the conclusion of the search. Client Companies agree
that if any candidate referred by RESA Group is hired, then a fee
equal to 25% of estimated first year’s compensation is due. A
commitment retainer is paid at the inception of the search and then
deducted from the total fee at the conclusion of that search.
