Cecilia Floyd
Cecilia has worked extensively in the Real Estate industry for the past 25 years, and thus has developed business relationships with the top leaders in the industry.  She stays attuned to real estate trends by attending industry conferences, leadership panels, and forums.  Having established herself nationally as a specialist in the Real Estate industry, she is able to assist clients in identifying individuals tailored to meet specific needs in a cost-effective and timely manner.

She stays in touch with industry professionals as they progress through their careers and understands their motivators.  This enables her to identify those people interested in exploring opportunities that potential employers may never be aware of, making her extremely valuable to her clients.  Prior to forming the RESA Group, Cecilia led the Multifamily division of a major national search firm.

She began her career in 1981 working for one of the first national real estate hotel companies, the Day Company in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business in 1981 from Shorter College and has done post graduate work in addition to raising her 3 children. She is active in her church and school community, is a classical pianist and enjoys playing competitive tennis.
